Wembley - FAQs
Below are a number of frequently asked questions which should help supporters ahead of the big day.
1. How much are tickets for the game?
Tickets are priced in four separate brackets which are can be purchased by everyone subject to availability. A stadium plan can be found below, Town supporters will be seated in the East side of the stadium.
Bracket 1 - £20.00 for adults, £10.00 for concessions (yellow section)
Bracket 2 - £30.00 for adults, £15.00 for concessions (green section)
Bracket 3 - £40.00 for adults, £20.00 for concessions (pink section)
Club Wembley - £50.00 for adults (no concession rate) (light blue section)
2. When can non season ticket holders buy a ticket?
Tickets will be on General Sale from Monday March 17th.
3. What are the ticket office opening hours?
The ticket office will be operating extended opening hours to deal with demand for Wembley tickets.
Opening hours are as follows:
Wednesday (March 12th) 9am - 7pm
Thursday 9am - 7pm
Friday 9am - 7pm
Saturday (15th March) Closed
Sunday (16th March) 8am - 6pm
Monday (17th March) 9am - 7pm
Tuesday 9am -7pm
Wednesday 9am - 7pm
Thursday 9am - 7pm
Good Friday (21st March) Closed
Saturday (22nd March) 9am - 3pm
Sunday (23rd March) Closed
Monday Normal Match Day
4. How many tickets can I buy?
Maximum number of tickets will be at the absolute discretion of the GTFC ticket office manager.
5. Can I pick where I sit?
Supporters will be able to select which price band they would like to purchase a ticket in, but, in keeping with Wembley and Football League guidelines, your specific block, row and seat will be selected automatically.
6. If I'm a season ticket holder, do I have to produce my season ticket to purchase my allocation?
Yes, producing your season ticket not only proves your status as a season ticket holder, it speeds up transactions considerably as all provided information is readily available.
7. Can I purchase on behalf of another season ticket holder?
Yes, but you must have their season ticket book with you at the time of purchase. Possession of a season ticket confirms you have consent from the holder to purchase their tickets.
8. Can a junior season ticket holder purchase adult tickets as part of their allocation oftickets?
Yes, all ticket categories are available to all season-ticket holders.
9. Which groups are eligible for concessions?
In keeping with GTFC policy, concession rates are available to under 15s and under and over 65s. Wembley does not offer student concessions.
10. Do I need to provide proof of age for concessionary tickets?
Proof of age will not be required when purchasing concessionary tickets from the ticket office. However, proof of age may be required to produce with a concessionary ticket at Wembley on the day.
11. Do I need to pay for infants?
Wembley run a strict "no babies in arms" policy that is without exception. Therefore, all supporters attending the game, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket.
12. What are the arrangements for disabled supporters?
Tickets for wheelchair users are available around the ground in every price band. Disabled tickets are sold as pairs (supporter plus carer) as is Wembley ticketing policy. All carers tickets will be provided along with disabled tickets.
13. Can I order tickets over the phone?
You can, but priority will be given to personal callers to the ticket office and calls will be answered when an assistant is available.. Those outside the region can order over the phone on 01472 605050. The following charges, insisted upon due to Wembley guidelines, will apply:
£1.50 per ticket administration fee.
£5.00 per order recorded delivery fee.
14. Which end of the ground will Town fans be seated?
Town have been allocated the East side of the ground, The MK Dons will occupy the West side.
15. Can I purchase tickets online?
Tickets will be available online from 17th March via our secure online ticket service.

Tickets ordered online cannot be collected in person.
16. If I order a ticket over the phone, can I collect it from Blundell Park?
Yes, supporters purchasing tickets over the phone can collect them from the club or have them delivered by recorded mail delivery.
17. What happens if I lose my ticket or my ticket gets damaged?
Wembley run a strict policy of NO DUPLICATE TICKETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Therefore, all replacement tickets, without exception, must be covered at full cost.
