WE'VE had a massive response from people following the news that developer Henry failed in their attempt to have Grimsby Town Football Club's Planning Permission judicially reviewed.

The Application for Judicial Review has effectively held the club's redevelopment proposals in abeyance for 6 months. The failure of the challenge, however, now opens the way again for the club to progress its proposals.
