Player Of The Year 2007/ 08
GOALKEEPER Phil Barnes swept the board at tonight's Player of the Year awards evening.
Barnes, who has had a tremendous season which was capped by a man of the match display at Morecambe to help the Mariners on their way to Wembley, scooped the club's main Player of the Year award and the official website award.
Gary Jones' curling effort against Carlisle was deemed to be the best goal of the season by the Town video crew and Ryan Bennett grabbed the Grimsby Town Supporters' Young Player of the Year award.
