Athletic defender Nick Fenton joined the club from Doncaster in August 2006.
Nick was tracked by former manager Graham Rodger for sometime and he is hopeful that the player can go onto big things at Blundell Park.
Comfortable at right-back or centre-half, Nick is a highly competitive player who will tightly mark forwards and limit their chances.
Still only 27, Nick brings with him good experience from spells with Manchester City, Bournemouth and Notts County.
